I have practice at yoga places throughout the country and Bikram s yoga (old town)iSan Diego is by far the best yoga studio in the country. Jim (the owner) and his amazing staff consistently looks out for all students. The studio is impeccable and in fact during the last few months, they have been vigilant about keeping everyone safe! As a professional that deals with Incredible stress at work - BYSD is my peace of mind - you must check out this yoga studio!
