I had a mixed experience with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM). While some aspects of their services were satisfactory, there were also several areas where improvement is needed. The website, mcgm.gov.in, is informative and user-friendly, making it easy to find relevant information. However, I found the response time to complaints and queries to be quite slow. It would be helpful if they could expedite their response process. Overall, my experience with MCGM was average.
