I have been a loyal customer of Hachette UK for many years now and I must say their service is just average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but sometimes their delivery can be a bit slow. The books I've ordered have always arrived in good condition though. Overall, I would rate Hachette UK as an average company.
