I am aware of Ahuja Radios since many years for their impeccable instruments , but I had a very bitter experience with their distributors M/s Farco at NR road Bangalore.
We had purchased a DPA 570 for our Titan Eye Plus Showroom. The installation was done and the understanding was to install and if found okay , then payment will be done with in a day.
The installation was done and the service persons were very rude and unreasonable . We had repeatedly told them that next day morning the payment will be done, from the back end office , but the uninstalled the system took it and went back. Can you ever experience such a behavior?
Are you a monopoly vendor ? I will mention this experience in all social media so that people should come to know . Titan being a tata company requires thousands of these sets for their showrooms .
I am going to inform them not to go ahead with such dealers.
