I had an average experience with Sunshine Filters. Their website is straightforward and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to receive a response to my inquiry, and when I did, the representative seemed uninterested in helping me. The product I ordered was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a great experience, but it wasn't terrible either.
