I scheduled an oil change for 7:45am, showed up 10 minutes early, and it s currently 9:15am and I am still waiting. Someone just walked in to turn their car in for an oil change and was told it would be no more than an hour . Other people showed up after me and have left with their car already. Even if they had an appointment earlier than mine, they still showed up late. Clearly there is no need to make an appointment for an oil change because they will treat you as a walk-in anyway.
