I have been a customer of Macmet India Ltd for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they are competent in what they do, I feel they could improve in terms of communication and response time. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good range of products. However, I have had a few issues with deliveries being delayed or items being out of stock. Overall, an average experience.
