I would have to say it has been a battle working with this company over 5 years dealing with noise from my neighbor. They refer to police reports and condo rules that were established years ago, and revert to ignoring a "condo owners" emails and messages. It is frustrating to pay a management company a high price, that in the end, only does the bare minimum in delivering on their promise, to manage a property. Very poor service, customer service, or any type of professional appearance when it deals with condo issues.
Replying to their post: This is nothing personal, but only speaking to your integrity of taking care of a situation. This is a quote from you "Maybe apartment living is not for you, and it takes a lot of work to change people's behavior" This is from Trey, the son of the "owner". Look, if you think Police can hear a knock on the bedroom floor, which occurs every 20 minutes, from the outside of an apartment, you are mistaken. There are walls, and barriers which would prevent that sound from being heard. It really does look, sound, and feel like you step away from issues that you cannot solve, control, or manage. Hence, getting one star. This again is nothing personal, but people should be made aware of your unethical, and poor management style. How can a management company ignore tenants for over four months? It seems like there is a pattern and trend of how other people are being treated by you, so maybe now is the time to shape up, and do something, help people that you are supposed to be helping, rather than making an excuse saying that noise cannot be heard, by these reports, and on top of that, mocking or insulting tenants? What kind of company talks back to tenants like this? How about this, the letter that you will receive shortly, will state that I have numerous video's and evidence, of this sound. What happened to the intervention you were going to have with the neighbor? Or, how about stepping in and doing something, rather than just waiting over five years to fix something. I really pray for you guys to change, improve, and start managing the right way.
2nd Reply to White Management: Trey, and others at White Management. I believe you know the past history with certain issues. You were made aware about this issue about 5 months ago. I have been ignored for this amount of time, and the minute that I publicly reviewed your company, did I get a response from you. I have texted, called, sent about 50 emails, with no reply from anyone. Not you, or your father, the "owner". What is more, is that you refer to police reports, where no one can hear anything outside the apartment. These noises are made by my neighbor, on the bedroom floor, every 20 minutes or so. This occurs at 11pm, 3am, and so on. I am actually now gathering other people that have had similar experiences, which it seems like there is a lot, and preparing a class-action lawsuit. There are too many people that have suffered under your "management". I really want people to see the experience I have had, as you are aware of past issues dealing with this upstairs floor, yet nothing has been done. The condo, and you, can look into this further if you make the decision to do so, much getting a new boiler, or oil tank. I am not going to contact a neighbor for noise issues, and it is more professional to ask the management company to speak to a tenant. The future tenant that will be occupying my apartment, will voice the same concern, and I hope that is simply can get fixed, within this century. However, I do want to stress the fact, that it has been well over five years, with this issue, and nothing has been done.
