Call made to the civil status service for a request for a death certificate: had 2 different annoyed and unwelcoming people asking me why I did not move directly to the Town Hall while I work during their hours. Too bad it would have been easier and more pleasant for me to be able to do my procedures more serenely after the death of a loved one. Reception training strongly recommended.
