A NIGHTMARE !!

A NIGHTMARE !!
I recently used their settlement services after being coaxed by my former real estate agent ( REMAX Gold Standard Group in Olney, MD). Computations in the HUD1 were wrong; I had to recalculate and constantly check on them to rectify the errors. The attorney was snobbish and didn't show any care, the post settlement person was unresponsive. Recordation was done late (it only appeared on public records after 3 long weeks, whereas a recent settlement agent I used -- Federal Title -- perfected the recordation on the closing date and they were shown in public records on that same day!).

I will definitely STAY AWAY from Shulman Rogers and REMAX Gold Standard Group in any future real estate needs.
