I absolutely LOVE True pilates nz! The instructors are amazing and really make you feel comfortable. The studio is clean and the equipment is top-notch. I've tried other pilates studios in the past, but True pilates nz is by far the best. The classes are challenging but also fun. I leave each class feeling stronger and more energized. Definitely give it a try! 😊
