I had a mixed experience with a design company called Interrobang design collaborative, inc. On one hand, their team was knowledgeable and provided valuable insights. However, I felt that the overall design approach was too generic. I was expecting more uniqueness and creativity. The communication was fine, but the delivery timeline could have been better. Overall, an average experience.
