While my experience with Teamtourist was not exceptional, it was overall satisfactory. The staff was friendly and responsive, addressing my concerns in a timely manner. The itinerary provided was detailed, but there were some minor issues during the trip. However, the company made efforts to rectify them. I would consider using their services again.
