CUSTOMER: I've been using Datasym (uk) for a couple of years now and overall my experience has been average. The software is functional but has some limitations. There have been instances where the system crashed or had slow response times. The customer support could also be improved. However, I must say that the pricing is competitive and the company is reliable.
