I had a rather average experience with the retailer known as Gamer's Den. While they have quite the collection of games and a rather seamless site for browsing and purchase, I can't say that my interactions with customer service went over smoothly. They did make admirable attempts to rectify the issue, but the process felt quite tedious overall.
