I have been using Scalepods for some time now, and I must say, their service is average. Although they claim to offer great customer support, I have found it to be quite lacking. There have been multiple instances where I had to wait for hours to receive a response. They definitely need to improve in this area. However, their website is user-friendly and the overall experience is decent. I hope they work on their customer support and provide a better experience to their users.
