My recent safari experience with the safari-experts.nl company was average. While the arrangements were made on time, I felt that the overall quality of service could have been improved. The tour guide lacked enthusiasm and didn't provide much information about the wildlife we encountered. The accommodations were comfortable, but nothing extraordinary. I hope they can work on their customer experience.
