I have mixed feelings about Pic a flic video. On one hand, they have a good range of movies available, and the staff is friendly. On the other hand, their prices can be a bit high. The quality of the DVDs is sometimes not the best, and I've had issues with scratched discs. Overall, an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
