Ilyo Taekwondo is an excellent place to learn martial arts. The instructors are highly skilled and experienced. They create a positive and motivating atmosphere for learning. The training sessions are intense but also a lot of fun. The techniques I have learned here have greatly improved my fitness and self-confidence. I can't recommend Ilyo Taekwondo enough!
