Great bakery, however service was NOT great. I was standing in line waiting for a few minutes, then one of the females that was working there took a phone order as I was still waiting. When she suddenly grabbed the last ginger biscuit. I asked if they had more and she said that was the last one. Then I told her that I had been waiting in line, and her response was sorry for the inconvenience .
I m not surprised it was the last ginger biscuit of the day because they are amazing, but I am surprised at her lack of genuine empathy. She could have at least tried to sell me another delicious baked good. I drove all the way here from SE Portland, paid for parking , all so I could leave with bad a taste.
