Reported a problem arose on a radiator (probably very similar to the recall made by the house on other models).
Contacted by customer service a few days later and I was offered to change the radiator with a model of a higher level.
Delivery of the new model at home and, subsequently, withdrawal of the old one a few days later always at home.
