I had a mixed experience with Pulseaux. While their website and products are impressive, their customer service needs improvement. I had to reach out multiple times to get a response, and when I did, it wasn't very helpful. However, the quality of their products is top-notch and they offer a good selection. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
