Snorkelling heaven! Saw rays, turtles, whales, harmless reef sharks, blue star fish, schools of vibrant and large fish, plenty of sea cucumbers and clams, corals, all in safe waters just straight off the island into the reef. Amazing! The most wonderful thing was the constant whale song when your ears are below the water s surface. Included in the package is the exciting flight over (from Bundaberg, Hervey Bay or Redcliffe), reasonable accommodation, snorkelling gear and reef shoes, and glass bottom boat trip. Do the glass bottom boat as soon as you arrive and book into the sunset cruise ASAP too. Our sunset cruise luckily became a whale watching cruise instead.
