I had an average experience with Suite Hotel Tilila. The staff was polite and the rooms were clean, but the overall service and amenities were lacking. The breakfast buffet was limited and the Wi-Fi in the rooms was spotty. I expected more from a hotel with such high ratings. It was an okay stay, but I wouldn't choose this hotel again.
