I have been a customer of Puryear IT, LLC for a few years now and I must say that their services are average. While they provide the necessary IT solutions for my business, their response time and customer support can be improved. The team is knowledgeable, but there have been instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory solution. Overall, I would rate them as average.
