I have been using Performant software solutions llc for a few months now and I must say, their service is average. The software is not the most intuitive, and it took some time for me to get used to it. However, once you get the hang of it, it gets the job done. The customer support team is helpful and responsive, which is a plus. Overall, it's an okay experience.
