I had a mixed experience with Transforma Robotics. Their products are of high quality, but their customer service needs improvement. The delivery of my order was delayed, and when I reached out to their support team, they were not very helpful. However, once I finally received my product, I was impressed with its performance. Overall, I would rate them as average.
