My experience with Pflege und 24 Std. Betreuung has been positive overall. The caregivers are attentive and provide adequate care for my loved one. They ensure that her needs are met, and she is comfortable at all times. The only improvement I would suggest is better communication between the caregivers and the family members. Otherwise, it has been a satisfactory experience.
