Kozen Yoga is a haven for yogis. The instructors are highly experienced and create a welcoming and nurturing environment for practitioners of all levels. The studio space is beautifully designed, with all the necessary props provided. The variety of classes offered ensures that there's something for everyone, from gentle flows to challenging sequences. Kozen Yoga has become my sanctuary, a place where I can disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with myself. I can't recommend it enough!
