I recently purchased carpet from a company with a website that is not bobwalkerscarpets.com.au. Their customer service was average and the quality of the carpet was just okay. I wish I had chosen Bob walkers carpets instead. Their reputation is great and their carpets seem to be of much higher quality. I will definitely consider buying from Bob walkers carpets in the future.
