Joined their mailing list about a year ago. I am a young and new investor so I was a bit nervous about what to do.

It took me 6-8 months before I was comfortable purchasing a property, because I really didn't know what I was looking for. Unfortunately for me, I missed quit a few really awesome opportunities, but again, I was new and didn't know what to look for.

Once I felt comfortable, I purchased a property in Lilburn, GA the 5 hours after Kevin presented it to his investors. I signed the paperwork as another buyer was pulling into the drive way.

Kevin was great at guiding me through the process of renovating the property. I listed it with him at a flat rate and now I have 2 offers on the property right at the price quoted in the original paperwork.

I am walking away with a $23k profit on a $80k investment (28% ROI) in just a few months. Definitely would work with them again.
