As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Lai design group has provided me with an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and the design options were decent. However, I expected more creativity and innovation from a design company. The customer service was satisfactory, but I felt that my needs were not fully met. Overall, I would rate them as average.
