I have been a customer of NexGenWave for a long time now and I must say their service is average. I had high hopes when I signed up, but the experience has been less than satisfactory. The internet speed is decent, but it often slows down during peak hours. The customer support is also not up to the mark. I have faced multiple issues with my connection and it takes them forever to resolve them. Overall, I would say NexGenWave needs to step up their game to compete in the market. There is definitely room for improvement.
