I am a regular customer at Progressive fitness & wellness and I absolutely love it. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and provide excellent guidance. The facility is always clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I have seen great improvements in my overall fitness and I am very satisfied with my progress. Highly recommended!
