I called about apartment for rent like 4-5 times t...

I called about apartment for rent like 4-5 times to see it and get some info about the place (apartment was available!) and the respond was " we will call you back, our property manager is busy now". obviously nobody called me back!! when I came to the office 5 days later they told me that the apartment no longer available because somebody submitted application 2 days ago!! Very unprofessional!! If they have so many properties and only one person how is managing it - like they told me, they should hire more ppl !!
