I leased a 2014 VW Jetta TDI in June. Awesome experience. They didn't have the color I wanted, Daniel searched extensively and found the one within a couple of days. Coming to terms I wanted took just a couple of go arounds, paper work was a breeze. Got the car in, cleaned up, a couple of extras put on and I was out the door. It was a very pleasant buying experience. Daniel DeCicco was a pleasure to deal with, was knowledgeable about VW products, was concerned about what I wanted, not about selling a car. No high pressure. I highly recommend this dealership.
I had ordered spoiler to be added to the trunk lid , Daniel called when it came in, asked if he could schedule and appt for me. How nice. I wasn't sure when I could get there, so I called service directly.
Dave Franza in the service department was a pleasure to deal with also. He got me in and out quickly on a Saturday, and it looks great. Thank you gentlemen at Keffer Volkswagen.
