I recently purchased a safe from this company after researching several options. The website provided a decent selection, and I found what I was looking for. The ordering process was smooth, and the safe arrived on time. However, I did encounter some difficulties with the installation instructions, which were not as clear as I had hoped. I also had to reach out to customer service for additional assistance, and although they were helpful, it would have been better if the instructions were clearer from the start. The quality of the safe seems adequate for the price, and I appreciate the quick delivery. Overall, it was an average experience – the product met my needs, but the installation process could have been easier to navigate.
