CWD is ABSOLUTELY terrible! My husband was trapped...

CWD is ABSOLUTELY terrible! My husband was trapped in the elevator at our condo for over 1 hour and when he called CWD from inside the elevator, they put him on hold! When he texted me, I called them and they were giving me attitude when I was worried about him being stuck in elevator. They told me they would text me with at ETA and nothing I called back and they still didn't have a answer and our condo is in Seattle! Then CWD had me call the elevator company myself and the elevator company was closed for the day!!! Are you kidding me!
