Yusen logistics (europe) is an average company. I have used their services for a few shipments, and overall they did an acceptable job. The communication could be improved, as sometimes it was hard to get timely updates on the status of our shipments. However, the staff was polite and responsive when we did manage to get in touch with them. In terms of pricing, they were competitive with other logistics providers in the market. I would say they are an average option for shipping needs.
