Since this dealership and the Ford dealership was bought out by AutoNation, the service has gone to hell! Unprofessional to the max! I complained to the service manager about my experience and that my truck was still not repaired! He acted as if he could care less. He never returned my calls when he said he would. I had to call over and over and over! The last time I called, he answered the phone and said, "speak of the devil", "Hi Charles". WOW, he just called me the devil! I was blown away! How unprofessional is that! I will never buy or go to another AutoNation dealership again!
