Jamie was awesome! I called him before our arrival and told him we were on a tight time schedule. When we got there the brand new Jeep was hand washed, cleaned and ready for us to take it for a test drive. Unlike many other dealers the negotiations were stress free and they were able to give us a more than fair price on our Grand Cherokee trade in. I will use Jamie and Lake Norman Chrysler again on my next purchase. I recommend their service and dealership to anyone.
