I recently used the services of a machine shop and I was fairly satisfied with the results. The quality of the products was up to my expectations and the turnaround time was quick. However, I did feel that the communication could have been better. It would have been helpful to receive email updates regarding the progress of my order. Apart from that, everything went smoothly.
