I received an unsolicited credit card from Mulligan Funding but upon further inspection is likely just a slick and aggressive marketing campaign. The card had an invalid BIN number and no magnetic stripe, so not functional but still toeing the line of the Fairness in Credit Reporting act. This is not the kind of company I'm going to do business with.
