My autistic son had to have a cello so he bought it in April and has now decided it s not the instrument for him, hard to reach someone in authority for a trade or buyback, very disappointing. Still waiting so won t be going back anytime soon. Had been prior customer for keyboard and clarinet. Update: there was a communication problem and now Thanks to Scott at Falcetti they took good care of us and I highly recommend them to do business with.
