Very satisfied with the office personnel, overall a good experience although the mechanics seemed pretty annoyed with my requests to not use the air impact on my keyed lugs to keep from stripping the lug key.

I actually never received any kind of verbal response from any of the techs after repeating myself a few times about it they just stared at me and made it awkward until i walked away.

Additionally the cabin air filter wasn t put back in, it was just laying on the floor on the passenger side.. no big deal it takes two seconds to pop it back in but shows lack of attention to detail from there techs..

From my perspective not the customer service i cared for when you pay 50k for a jeep.
