I have mixed feelings about Uk shopping mall ltd. On one hand, the website is easy to navigate and the prices are competitive. On the other hand, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had to wait a long time to get a response to my inquiry, and when I finally did, the issue was not fully resolved. Overall, my experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
