I had an appointment with Katie today as Emily Brown had made it for me because my tire gage light had come on two days in a row and my breaks are making a weird noise. I got there on time at 8:45 when I got there Katie was very very rude. I will Never go to her again. She did nothing for me and said it would be a two hour wait. I just bought my car there in April. Big mistake!!!!
