I have been a customer of Hoots Johnny for a while...

I have been a customer of Hoots Johnny for a while now, and I must say, their service is average at best. The food is decent, the atmosphere is okay, but nothing really stands out. It's just a run-of-the-mill restaurant. I don't hate it, but I don't love it either.
