I had a mixed experience with Integritool b.v. While their website integritool.com was user-friendly, I encountered some issues with their customer service. The representatives were initially unresponsive and it took a while to have my concerns addressed. However, once my issues were brought to their attention, they worked diligently to resolve them. Overall, I believe they have the potential to provide great service, but improvements can be made in terms of responsiveness.
