I have been a customer of this company for a while...

I have been a customer of this company for a while now and I have to say that their service is average. The internet speed is decent, but sometimes I experience slowdowns during peak hours. The customer support is helpful, but it can take a while to get a response. Overall, it's not the best internet provider I've used, but it's also not the worst.
